Two yr old not talking

Two Yr Old Not Talking. My 2 years old son is not talking at all but he understands us. When he is done crying or screaming calmly say Yes milk Mommy and wait for him to repeat. They sent us off with leaflets on flash cardsplaying games and using actions instead of words with him which we already did. Thats my worry because I always read books to him and also he is going to play centre to interact to interact to other kids.

If he really only says Ya no Dada Mama Goodbye etc then I would be concerned. My son refused to speak to them and hid under the table crying constantly. They had another family in there and spent a majority of the session talking to them as their two year old reeled off words it made us feel quite anxious. A two year old should be using a full range of consonants and vowels in his babbling.

If we ask her to say please shell sign it right away but shell say Pa and thats it. He can follow instructions very well.
